After our inaugural conference in 2022 in Auckland, we set off to Hobart in 2025 where we overwhelmingly voted for Tokyo as our next destination.

Auckland and Hobart really were wonderful events - and Tokyo gives us a chance to travel to a very different destination - to one of the world's most vibrant cities - a city known for its great food, great shopping and world leading innovation - all within a backdrop of some old school charm.

While the cost of getting to and staying in Tokyo is significantly higher than Auckland and Hobart, I'm delighted that our business is once again able to provide registration for the conference at no cost to all staff and advisers.

Airfares, accommodation for the 3 nights, transfers to and from Tokyo airport, breakfast, meals at the conference events and travel insurance will be fully funded by PSK.

While I want to recognise our board for their continued commitment in allowing us to provide this conference at no cost, ultimately, it's your contribution to the improvement in our business, that provides us with the ability to do this.

When I reflect on the incredible results of our PSK 6 targets (2022 to 2025), they provided the platform for us to - not only attend incredible conferences, but more importantly allow us to maintain our commitment to our business purpose… "To build a place where our people feel safe, where they feel secure, and where they can be better than they were before".
